What we do at Soul HeArtful

HeArtful Olive

HeARTful Olive is our latest dedicated program for persons with disabilities (PWDs) to learn something meaningful through psychoeducation and participation in group reflective art.

PWDs often experience deep social isolation. Through art psychotherapy and creative group activities, HeARTful Olive provides a safe, supportive, and uplifting space where participants can explore self-expression, build confidence, and nurture meaningful connections.

The olive branch symbolizes peace, resilience, and new beginnings—values that guide this programme as it helps PWDs discover joy, dignity, and a sense of belonging. By fostering both personal growth and community inclusion, HeARTful Olive embodies Soul HeARTful’s mission of ensuring that no one is left behind on the journey toward healing and wholeness.

HeARTful Explorers

A digital learning initiative for children and youth with disabilities, chronic illness, or those homebound due to caregiving or socio-economic limitations. It features interactive eBooks, cognitive activities, and online creative resources that support development and well-being from the safety of their homes.

HeARTful Palette

We believe healing doesn't always begin with words—sometimes, it begins with colour.
HeARTful Palette is our home-based art psychotherapy program designed for children, youth, adults, and seniors navigating emotional, behavioral, developmental, neurodivergent, mental health, physical, or intellectual challenges. We bring trained art psychotherapists and therapists directly into homes—because some hearts heal best where they feel safest.

Community Engagement & Outreach

From art-making workshops in public libraries to Active Ageing carnivals with the People’s Association, we create inclusive, therapeutic spaces for children, youth, and seniors—encouraging healing through joy, creativity, and connection.

Every HeART Matters

Soul HeARTful is a newly registered non-profit organisation in Singapore—born from a simple belief that no child, youth, person with disabilities or senior should ever be left behind regarding emotional and mental health well-being.

We started with children and youth, using the power of art to bring healing where words fall short. But as we opened our heARTs, our reach grew—welcoming people of all ages, especially those facing invisible battles, isolation, or disability.

It became our mission to help those who are fighting the invisible battle.

Despite not yet having IPC status, we are working diligently towards it, committed to clean audits, transparency, and making every dollar count. Your support doesn’t just help us grow—it helps those who often get overlooked, just like us.

Although we are still a very new nonprofit without the resources of larger organisations, we remain steadfast in our mission.

With limited means, we purchase art supplies from our own pockets and rely on the generosity of kind partners like PA (Teck Ghee), National Library Board, Rotary FRSC, and Hope Centre, who have graciously opened their doors to us. In return, we have contributed back by offering free art workshops, counselling, and psychological support—working hand in hand to build a truly supportive community where no one is left behind.

We may not yet have our own space, but we carry a vision: to one day open a dedicated centre where children, youth, seniors, and persons with disabilities can find healing through art, support groups, counselling psychological services.

Until then, we will keep pressing on with resilience and heart — Because every life matters, and we cannot afford to lose another heARTbeat to the silent battles of mental health. And we believe that those we support today will, in turn, inspire and uplift others tomorrow. 🌈💙

Don't give up, because we didn't; look how far hope carried us.

Eyvon

MSc. Psych, PG CounsPsych, PG Art Therapist-in-Training

Eyvon is a dedicated mental health professional committed to making therapeutic support more accessible and inclusive for individuals and communities in need. Currently completing her postgraduate degree in Art Therapy at the Canadian International Institute of Art Therapy, Eyvon has accrued over 800 supervised clinical hours and is progressing toward professional registration with ANZACATA.

Her academic foundation is anchored in a Master of Science in Psychology, with her dissertation focusing on mental health and well-being, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology. She is also slated to pursue a Master’s in Coaching Psychology from 2026, further advancing her knowledge in evidence-based psychological practice and applied coaching methodologies.

She is a full member of the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS), the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC), the Association of Psychotherapists and Counsellors Singapore (APACS), the Canadian Art Therapy Association (CATA), the American Art Therapy Association (AATA), and the British Psychological Society (BPS).

She is currently under active supervision by Dr. Elizabeth Nair—Singapore’s first female ex-Chief Psychologist with MINDEF and former President of Singapore Psychological Society.

Eyvon’s professional experience includes her work as a counselling psychologist at an NGO supporting individuals with mental health challenges, as well as those with intellectual and physical disabilities. There, she conducted psycho-educational workshops and, in her own time, offered pro bono counselling in community settings.

Building on this foundation, her current focus is on HeARTful Palette, an art psychotherapy program that brings therapeutic support directly into the homes of individuals who are often overlooked—those living with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or social isolation. This initiative reflects her commitment to inclusive, accessible mental health care.

In parallel, she continues to collaborate with civic partners such as the National Library Board to deliver family-based art wellness workshops that nurture emotional intelligence, and with the People’s Association to facilitate intergenerational programs that support active aging and community connection.

Her explorations include integrating neuroscience and creative expression, particularly through the use of portable EEG technology to gain insights into emotional responses in non-verbal children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Her practice is underpinned by the belief that healing is not merely clinical—it is relational, creative, and often joyful. Through every project and partnership, she remains guided by a singular conviction: No HeART should be left behind.
